Handmade: Very Berry Rosé Punch

It’s that time of year where we all come together to celebrate the festive season.
We have put together the perfect punch for your summertime gatherings. Not too alcoholic, all though you could add a few shots of vodka to kick it up a notch. It was thoroughly enjoyed, fruity and refreshing, ideal for a warm summer’s evening! We used Jacobs Creek Le Petite Rosé for a dryer rosé but you could swap it out for a sweeter finish (or your favourite rosé) if you prefer.
To get started you’ll need a punch bowl, scoop and adorable punch mugs to serve it in.
Ingredients
2 x Bottles of Rosé
1 x 500ml San Pellegrino
1 x 750ml Lemonade
4-6 Shots of Cointreau (or to taste)
1 x Punnet Blueberries
250g Frozen Raspberries
Fresh Mint
Ice
Method
Drop a couple handfuls of ice in the bottom of your punchbowl. It’s worth pointing out that we used quite a large punch bowl, so we suggest adding half of everything first and topping it up if there’s room.
Now carefully pour in both your bottle of San Pellegrino and lemonade – we want to keep some of the bubbles!
Now add your blueberries and raspberries.
Chop up a few sprigs of fresh mint and sprinkle on the top!
Now settle in with friends and enjoy your very colourful and tasty punch.
